Lara Hamer

Lara is currently carrying out an assignment for the World Bank supporting a number of development initiatives.  She excels in partnership management and project development, strategic planning, fundraising and stakeholder engagement. Lara has successfully secured and managed significant six-figure funding commitments.

Lara has a strong background in supporting NGOs, having collaborated with Refuge UK, Montessori Global Education, the European Coalition for Corporate Justice and ASSIST India.  Her work includes developing strategic plans focused on sustainability, enhancing social impact, and establishing strategic partnerships with the EU, corporations, and philanthropists.

Lara holds an LLM in Law and Politics of International Security from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a BA (Honours) in International Relations and Politics from the University of Northampton. She is fluent in English and Croatian and proficient in Spanish.
