Fee Structure:

  • Fixed Project Fees – Ideal for strategic reviews, funding applications, or clearly scoped tasks

  • Daily Rates – Applied to interim roles or complex, long-term assignments, with estimated delivery timelines

A written proposal is always provided in advance, detailing:

  • Scope of work

  • Clear pricing

  • Expected deliverables

  • Support needed from your team

Once approved, a formal contract is issued.
VAT is included unless you are an international client.
