As a consultant for the Lloyds Bank Foundation Enhance Programme, Howard has worked extensively on capacity building in strategy, governance, and organisational development. His clients include Citizens Advice, the Chartered Institute of Insurance, and global organisations such as the ILO, UNFCCC, and World Food Programme (WFP).

Howard has lived and worked across Europe, Africa, and North America, bringing an international perspective to his work. He has served as a UK charity Trustee and Chair, holds a Master’s degree in Management, and is Belbin Team Roles Accredited.
