Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking self-employed IT consultants (Ltd, sole trader or equivalent) with: 

  • Proven experience as an IT Consultant or similar advisory role
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, infrastructure and relevant software
  • Demonstrable expertise in enterprise IT audits and digital capability assessments
  • Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint and common CRM platforms
  • A track record of developing digital strategies and capability roadmaps
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in the nonprofit or wider social impact space
  • Understanding of the humanitarian sector

Remote or hybrid working depending on the assignment. 

Who we need

We require IT consultants with a wide range of advisory and strategic experience, including: 

  • Comprehensive reviews of digital ecosystems, tools, systems and processes
  • IT maturity and capability assessments
  • Infrastructure, security, and systems optimisation recommendations
  • Technology and digital transformation planning
  • Guidance on integrations, procurement, change, and adoption
  • Strategic support to boards, leadership and operational teams

 Assignments vary in length, scope, and organisational context
