She has led teams to consistently exceed annual income targets, while ensuring long-term, sustainable partnerships.

Her expertise lies in building effective, collaborative relationships, breaking down silos, and fostering cross-organizational cooperation to maximize impact.

As a consultant, Nicola has advised clients across multiple countries, providing fundraising strategy, donor engagement planning, and programme evaluation. She combines careful analysis with objective judgement to create actionable, results-driven strategies.

Previously, Nicola worked as a strategic development consultant for a Netherlands-based foundation and a European funding programme, where she supported high-level programme design, grant management, and strategic reviews.
