Megan Morales

Megan is an experienced fundraiser with particular expertise in trusts and foundations that raises funds for charities within a few months of starting an assignment. Over the past five years, she has worked on both short-term strategic projects and longer-term, hands-on fundraising assignments with organisations including Isabel Hospice, The Green House, The Beaver Trust and Hearts and Minds.

Megan began her fundraising career in prospect research, developing an evidence-led approach and attention to detail that translated naturally into grant writing and trusts and foundations fundraising. She has contributed to successful five- and six-figure bids, including multi-year funding for projects and core costs, and has experience in grant reporting and funder stewardship.

Alongside managing existing funder relationships, Megan uses her research expertise to identify new prospects, strengthen fundraising pipelines and develop new funding opportunities. She is particularly interested in organisations working in health, education and inclusion, especially those supporting disadvantaged and overlooked communities.

Megan also writes impact reports for private sector organisations requiring ESG and CSR support. She is fluent in English and French.
